Welcome to ArtByVatsala! Thank you for supporting original hand-drawn artwork. Please review the policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing Time:
All custom artwork is hand-drawn with care. Processing time for portraits is typically under 2 weeks, depending on the complexity and medium.
Ready-to-ship prints are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via Indian Post with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.
International Orders:
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Approval Process:
You will receive a digital preview of the artwork before finalizing it. Minor revisions are included.
Final Sale:
All custom orders are non-refundable once approved and shipped.

Custom Artwork:
Due to the personalized nature, custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged or Lost Items:
If your artwork arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. I’ll do my best to make it right.
