Custom Order Policy
Refunds and Returns
Digital Products
Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, as they cannot be “returned” like physical items. All sales are final to protect intellectual property.
Physical Products
- Damaged items: Report within 7 days with photos for replacement
- Lost shipments: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
- Custom artwork: Non-returnable due to personalized nature
- Print quality issues: Replacement provided for manufacturing defects
Exceptional Circumstances
