I take great care in packaging, but if your portrait arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos, and I will assist you in resolving the issue.
11. Can I request a revision after receiving the portrait?
Minor adjustments may be possible before finalizing the artwork. However, once shipped, revisions are not available.
12. Do you offer digital versions of the portrait?
Currently, I only provide physical hand-drawn portraits and do not offer digital versions. If you only want a digital version, I will create it on A2 sheet paper and get it scanned and sent to you.
