Original Artwork Returns
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final. However, I understand that sometimes issues may arise:
- Damage during shipping: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- Significant discrepancy: If the artwork significantly differs from what was described or shown, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Return window: Any eligible returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Custom Portrait Commissions
Custom portrait commissions are personalized artworks created specifically for you:
- No returns: Custom commissions cannot be returned or exchanged as they are created specifically for each client.
- Approval process: I provide progress updates and seek your approval at key stages to ensure satisfaction.
- Minor adjustments: Small adjustments can be made during the creation process at no additional cost.
- Major changes: Significant changes after approval may incur additional fees.
Art Courses and Digital Products
This is a digital product with instant access to all course materials. Once you download and access the content, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product. To protect the intellectual property and prevent misuse, all sales are final. However, I’m confident you’ll love the course – hundreds of students have already transformed their drawing skills!

Return Process
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a return:
- Contact me first: WhatsApp me or email admin@artbyvatsala.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval: Do not ship anything back until you receive return authorization.
- Original condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received:
- Inspection period: I will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days.
- Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
